Waterfall Preserve is a beautiful Upland Gamebird Hunting Preserve in Northern Iredell County.
We offer guided Bob-white Quail, Chukar and Pheasant hunts, as well as non-guided hunts for the Houndsman. Our guides are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Our Preserve offers over 200 acres of pristine cover consisting of native grasses that are easily accessible.

Our Private Property
We offer private hunting space to allow safe and enjoyable events. participants are required to provide a state hunting license to hunt.
Trained Hunting Dogs
Along with a professional guide, we'll provide you with a highly trained hunting dog for the duration of the hunt.

We are a bird hunter's dream, dedicated to providing an unforgettable hunting experience. Our commercially licensed game preserve offers you an ideal opportunity to enjoy pheasant, quail and chukar hunting at its finest.

We are in Olin, NC which is within an hour of Charlotte, Boone, Blowing Rock, and Greensboro and 2 hours of Asheville and Raleigh. We are also within 1-2 hours from Virginia towns to the north and South Carolina towns south of Charlotte.

We are passionate about educating our youth in the great tradition of upland gamebird hunting so that the sport might continue through generations to come.

We will dress, clean and package your harvested birds, and happily teach this process to any youth wishing to learn.

A North Carolina hunting license or a Controlled Hunting Preserve license for North Carolina is required to hunt at our preserve. Go to http:/www.ncwildlife.org/index.htm for more information.

We offer half or full day hunts. 1-3 shooters per hunt guided or non-guided.
